Landscape Beautification
Meticulously removing debris from landscaped beds, shrubs, and rocks including cigarette butts, gum wrappers, and any and all debris.
Trash bin / Cigarette receptacle emptied
Empty and replace all existing trash receptacles and remove any cigarette butts from the receptacles.
Property monitoring & Reporting
We will note any suspicious activity, take photos of any vandalism, and report any strange anomalies to the property owner with photographic evidence.

How much does it cost?We will evaluate your location and come up with an affordable plan to accommodate your needs. Plans range from $50-$2000 per week depending on the scale and your desired services.

What time of day do you clean the property?We work throughout the night tidying your property as you sleep soundly at home. This enables us to have unimpeded access to your parking lot and common areas. By the time the sun comes up, your property will be looking fresh and ready to greet your guests. If you would prefer a different time for service, accommodations can be made.

What tools do you use?We do everything by hand, the old-fashioned way. This enables us to be on the ground, with hands-on visualization of the needs of your property. We sweep the property with brooms, dustpans, and offer our feet and hands at your service.

How often do you clean the property?Every property has different needs. If you have high-volume walking traffic, overflowing trash cans, and litter everywhere, we recommend a 5 day per week plan. We scale our services from 1-5 days per week, bi-weekly, once monthly service, or one-time clean-ups!
