• Our custodians walk every foot of the property

• We hand sweep, and pick all of the debris from your parking lot from back to front.

• Service is completed 5 days a week, rain or shine.  

• No debris is too small, we meticulously detail every inch

• Fine debris removal such as candy wrappers, cigarette butts, and paper refuse will be removed

• All landscaped areas will be monitored and evaluated for litter contamination

• Drainage pipes and inlets will be clean and freed of debris for proper water runoff

• Trash will be removed from the bins on your sidewalks

• Trash bins will be setup with new liners

• Ashtray receptacles will be emptied and cleaned

• Areas in and around the dumpster will be swept and cleaned up (This can only be maintained if the trash is not overflowing from the dumpster itself.  All trash collected from the property will be placed into the properties respective dumpster)

• While we are walking the property 5 days a week, we will monitor any changing conditions for you

• Any noted anomalies will be quickly reported to the property owner with photographic evidence

• We will assist in referring professionals to remedy any needed maintenance or repairs
